Antoinette Stanbridge

B.A. (Hons) Psychology (U.C.D); H.Dip. Counselling (U.C.C.) 
Middlesex University - Link Tutor

Antoinette is a full-time faculty lecturer at PCI College since March 2011 and has lectured extensively for other Colleges. She lectures across all modules and has a particular interest in Mental Health. Antoinette is a published writer in a range of publications and is a regular contributor to our college articles and Reflections magazine. Antoinette has been in private practice since 2001 and has worked under contract for the H.S.E., Barnardos and Co. Waterford V.E.C. Antoinette is also currently a member of the Éisteach editorial board. 


Colm Early

M.Sc. (Couns. & Psychotherapy), Dip Couns, Dip Gestalt, Dip Couns Supervision, MIACP, MAPPI
Yr 2 Head & Supervision/Placement Co-Ordinator - BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy 

Colm is a founder member of The Centre For The Care Of Survivors Of Torture (CCST) in Dublin and of the H.S.E. Asylum Seeker And Refugee Support Service in Drogheda (ARCSS). He works as a supervisor, facilitator and tutor. He has an interest with Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) schemes and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) work and he maintains a private practice in Dublin. Colm coordinates Supervision & Placements as well as clinical elements.


Jade Mullen

BA Psychology, MA Counselling Psychology


Acting Programme Leader and Year Head for years 3 and 4

Jade is a Faculty Lecturer with PCI College and the Year Head for Years 3 and 4. She is the Thesis Co-ordinator and Core Tutor for a number of groups within PCI College. She is also currently seeing clients through the PCI Counselling Service. Jade has experience working in a number of areas including children, adolescents, young adults, acquired brain injury and psychiatric services. She has a keen interest in autism, in particular in relation to psychotherapeutic supports, knowledge and psychoeducation available for parents and carers of children who have a diagnosis of autism and has delivered a presentation on this area at the 2013 National Counselling and Psychotherapy Conference.

Mike Hackett

B.Sc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy Adv. Dip. Supervision. MIACP, MARCHTI
Faculty Lecturer

Faculty Lecturer and Core Tutor with PCI College and Programmes Director of PCI Consulting, Mike is also an Accredited Therapist and Supervisor with the IACP and is Clinical Director of Introspect Counselling. Mike lectures on a number of modules on the B.Sc. Programme and on the Advanced Diploma in Supervision as well as having responsibility for PCI’s Workplace Resilience Programmes. Mike has built and delivered training programmes in the youth and voluntary sectors, on clinical practice with dreams and on working with gay and lesbian clients in private practice. Mike’s former life saw him occupy a number of senior management and operation roles in the multinational corporate sector for over 20 years. Mike is a passionate and enthusiastic speaker and provides public lectures on a range of topics for PCI College including Resilience, Dreams and Working with Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual clients.

Willie Egan

BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Advanced Diploma in Supervision.Diploma in Social Studies, MIACP
Core Tutor

Willie is a Faculty Lecturer and Core Tutor for PCI College where he lectures on the Certificate and Degree Programmes in Kilkenny. He is an experienced and fully accredited therapist and supervisor offering counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals in private practice. Willie also has expertise is in the field of adolescent culture and he is an HSE Adolescent Mentor. He also lectures on the Advance Diploma in Supervision programme

Donagh Ward

BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy, MSc in Psychotherapy Studies,

Core Tutor

Donagh is a Faculty lecturer and core tutor for PCI College where he lectures on the Level 8 Degree Programme.
He is an experienced and fully accredited therapist offering counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals and groups in private practice in Waterford. Donagh also facilitates and delivers workshops on a wide range of psychotherapeutic topics including Stress management in the workplace, Communication skills and Coping with change in an ever-changing world and has a particular research interest is investigating the links between physical exercise and mood.

Gael Kilduff

BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Dip in Couples Counselling and Relationship Therapy, Advanced Diploma in Supervision MIACP
Core Tutor

Gael is a Faculty lecturer for PCI College, she is also a Programme Leader for the PCI College Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  She is an experienced and fully accredited therapist that specializes in the area of Couples counselling and relationship therapy and works as a couple’s counsellor in ACCORD. Gael also maintains a private practice and is a Counsellor with Westmeath Vocational Educational Committee in Athlone.


Simon Forsyth


BSc (Hons), Dip. Counselling & Psychotherapy, MIACP

Programme Leader Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy 


Simon holds a Diploma and Honours Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College, accredited by Middlesex University. He is also an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP).
