My name is Michael Fitzgerald and I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Life & Business Coach, Counsellor Trainer, and Yoga Teacher. When I am not with my wife and two children, I am hill walking, surfing, running, swimming or cycling. I find exercise very complimentary to mental health. My approach to friendly, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental.
I have taught therapists locally, nationally and internationally. The process change is fundamental to counselling; the only guarantee I can give is that in life is that our perspective can be different if we choose it to be different. As well as training future therapists have a private practice where I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families.
