Aiden works as the Senior Administrative Officer in the programmes office, here he takes care of the student attendance registers, issues feedback forms and works closely with lecturers to ensure the timetable runs smoothly. Aiden has a background in Sociology and Social Policy. Aiden attained his MSc in Comparative Social Change by studying social sectors such as healthcare, housing and education in an international context.
In his spare time, Aiden enjoys hiking, reading, learning languages and meditation.

Programmes Office Manager

Aisling worked as the Senior Executive Administration Officer in the programmes office, and in 2023 promoted to Programmes Office Manager. She oversees the Programmes Office Department, managing the student attendance registers, issues feedback forms, and works closely with lecturers to ensure the timetable runs smoothly. Aisling has worked in Media, researching, and producing radio programmes, before moving on to administration in further/ higher education. Aisling strives to provide students/ lecturers with a positive higher education experience.
In her spare time, Aisling enjoys going to concerts and films. She loves to read, bake, and cook. Aisling is always ready to discuss food!

Breda joined PCI College in 2014 as the receptionist, she has since been promoted to her current role as Student Services Senior Manager. Breda is responsible for areas such as overseeing the student services team, maintaining the functionality of the department and supporting the students along their educational journey. Breda holds a Microsoft Office Specialist Award in Word and Excel. In her spare time, Breda enjoys shopping, socialising with friends and watching the latest binge-worthy series on Netflix.

Clinical Administrator

Bridin is the Clinical Administrator at PCI College since September 2024. She is responsible for implementing all clinical requirement protocols across all programmes at PCI College, including all administrative tasks critical to the effective operation of the clinical department. She works closely with the Clinical Manager, and ensures student adherence to programme-specific clinical requirements alongside providing comprehensive support to facilitate the student in the completion of their programme-required clinical obligations.
She has worked in the Youth Justice system for the last 2 years and has now focused on supporting students in education.
Bridin obtained a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a MSc in Addiction studies.

PCI Counselling Service Co-ordinator

David is a pre-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist having completed the BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at PCI College. He has been working in a clinical capacity since 2022 and is currently working toward full accreditation.
During his final year as a student, his case study centred on integrating person-centred and psychodynamic approaches to therapy, and he continues to pursue this interest in his clinical practice. His dissertation was titled “The Digital Nurse and Black Mirroring: A Reflexive Thematic Analysis of Flowing” and investigated the psychodynamics behind seemingly mindless social media scrolling.
In his role as the PCI Counselling Service Co-Ordinator, David ensures the referral pathway between client and trainee counsellors at PCI College is achieved efficiently and seamlessly. He provides support to students connected with the PCI Counselling Service and works closely with the PCI Counselling Service Manager, assisting in the nationwide expansion of the service.
David loves long conversations, listening to podcasts, and spending quality time with friends and family.

David joined PCI College in May 2022 as a Senior Marketing Executive. He is primarily responsible for the digital marketing efforts of the college, assisting the Marketing & Student Recruitment department wherever he can to achieve its targets. Since September 2023, David has been the Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager.
David holds a BA from UCD, an MSc in Marketing from TUD, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
In his spare time, David enjoys reading, running, and cooking.

Donna gained qualifications in travel & tourism at The Liberties College. She has a background in financial services working in banks for many years before her time at PCI College. Donna has been with the college for the last 9 years. Her main role is Student Services Executive which she looks after student tuition fees, applications, registrations, and many student services administration tasks.
Over the years she also worked on reception and was the first point of contact for all external communications with always an enthusiastic manner and great customer service.
Donna is also our Health & Safety Officer; she takes responsibly for all staff and students safety in our main campus at Corrig House.

Emily is responsible for HR and Health & Safety Administration and supporting the college in maintaining and updating HR & Health and Safety standards She is a HR and administration professional, with over twenty years’ experience in HR and administrative roles in the hospitality, recruitment and pharmaceutical sectors.
She studied HR (CIPD) and employment law (IBEC) in The National College of Ireland and completed a diploma in Hotel and Catering Management in DIT (TU Dublin). She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
In her spare time she enjoys baking, cooking, walking and listening to music.

Eric’s primary responsibilities as an administrative officer, are to support the Marketing and Student Recruitment Department, particularly regarding tasks such as customer engagement and often acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. The role involves responding to enquiries and developing positive relations and networking opportunities. He is also responsible for communicating with potential students and managing the student application process with the Student Services Department, as well as contributing to PCI College’s marketing campaign through analysis of enquiry data.
Eric has a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in Law & Criminology, and in his spare time, enjoys watching movies, sports and reading.

Counselling Service Manager

Georgina was a student at PCI College gaining qualifications of Diploma, BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Child & Adolescent Counselling & Psychotherapy. She has been working as a therapist over the past 10 years with experience working with adolescents and adults. She works from an Integrative approach with a foundation in Person-Centred counselling & psychotherapy. Georgina has worked in a counselling managerial role before joining our team. Her role as the PCI Counselling Service Manager is to oversee the operation and expansion of the counselling service. To manage the referral path between the client and the student counsellor, ensuring efficient and smooth-running service and identifying opportunities for growth. The PCI Counselling Service Manager encompasses the Designated Liaison Person position. This role requires compliance with all confidentiality and GDPR protocols.
In her spare time, Georgina likes to go to spend time with family, go to concerts, and travel.

Isabel joined PCI College in 2022 as Student Services Executive Officer. In her role, Isabel deals with day-to-day student queries, ensuring friendly and effective communication with our students, as well as handling student applications, enrolments, tuition fees and student records.
Isabel has a degree in English Studies from the University of Valladolid in Spain, where she is from. She has previously worked in Customer Service and English Language Teaching before moving on to Administration in higher education.
In her spare time, Isabel enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the cinema and concerts.

H.Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy. MA in Psychotherapy. Associate Member of IAHIP
Jena is a pre-accredited counsellor/psychotherapist having completed a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA in Psychotherapy. She has been working in a clinical capacity for the past three years and is currently progressing towards accreditation. She draws from an Integrative and Humanistic approach in her therapeutic work. In her role as Placement Strategy & Development Lead, Jena oversees the development and expansion of student placements across all programmes, including the PCI Counselling Service.
Jena establishes and maintains Quality Assurance best practices for placements, ensuring compliance with current and prospective regulatory standards for the counselling and psychotherapy profession.
Jena loves birdwatching, sea swimming and spending time in nature.

Karen is the Academic Administrator in PCI College since February 2022. She supports the academic department by driving Quality Assurance best practices through regular audit and review of policies and procedures in addition to daily administrative support. She works closely with the Academic Director and Head of Counselling and Psychotherapy supporting the administrative process on projects such as Programme Design, Validation, Revalidation and Review, and Accreditation. Karen also works with Student Services, Programmes Office, Marketing and Faculty on processes like Programme Interruption, Student Representative Program, Documentation, Project Tracking, Module Reviews and more.
Karen obtained a BA (HONS) in Media Production Management (BCFE/DCU), Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and has completed 2 years so far of a BA in Humanities – Psychology Major. She recently received a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Google.
Karen is obsessed with film, loves pottery, and music.

Louise is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with specialised training in Suicidology. Louise has been working with PCI College for the past 11 years in various roles initially as the counselling service coordinator role. Louise is one of our Senior Lecturers on our Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapy, mentoring new lecturers onto the programme for the past 11 years and preparing students for the BSc. Since 2018 Louise has been in the role of Clinical Manager across programmes at PCI College. Louise has been supporting students in all clinical practice-related aspects of their training as well as writing, implementing, and monitoring clinical policies and procedures for PCI College’s BSc and our three MSc programmes. In her non-professional life, Louise is passionate about diversity, specifically Cultural Diversity and Cultural Integration. Louise spends most of her free time learning, singing, and teaching traditional folk songs from the Republic of Georgia!

Maureen has been working for PCI College for over a year now. Her background is in sales and reception, holding certification in but not limited to; psychology, reception skills, medical practise ethics and skills. She was receptionist/acting practice manager for a busy medical surgery before coming to PCI College. Maureen is the first point of contact for all of our external calls and navigates where the calls need to sent to within our many departments. She has been a great hit with both lecturers and students for her efficient and helpful manner on the phone. Reception at PCI is under our Student Services team. Part of the role is to be linked in with the department in their many tasks in making sure our students have what they need during their time with us as PCI.

OisÃn is the Examinations Officer working collaboratively with the programmes office. He is responsible for processing assignments, managing the student portal and corresponding with student queries surrounding assessment. Having worked as a tutor in UCD and through his experience as a student, OisÃn is very familiar with the examination processes involved in higher education.
OisÃn holds an MSc in Experimental Archaeology from UCD. In his spare time OisÃn enjoys Historical fencing, playing his guitar, research and cooking.

His role covers delivering & evolving digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop & implement innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring all campaigns & activities are thoroughly integrated across all touchpoints and are engaging to the target audience.
Scott has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Marketing from Maynooth University, and in his spare time, enjoys playing football, watching sports, and listening to podcasts.
